In this piece I have used paper, acrylic paint, mixed media with machine stitch,
I’ve been surrounded by Banksia trees most of my life, having grown up in the bush where we would plant many varieties of Banksias in the sandy soils.
Having walked along the Glebe foreshore I’m always attracted to the Banksia trees.
